Arrival
There is a large parking area just outside the front door to Higher Farm, with smooth tarmac. The entrance to the Reception area is approached via paving slabs, and the door is 860mm wide. The front door gives onto the entrance hall and Reception.
Loose Boxes
The Loose Boxes is self-catering accommodation. It is just across the garden from the main building. and is completely self-contained. The accommodation is reached via a tiled path, with 2 wide steps leading up to a slab patio. There is no handrail on the steps. There is a single step up into the door into the accommodation from the patio.
All the rooms are on the ground floor, with hard surfaces on the floors. There are 2 bedrooms and a shared private bathroom. The bathroom has a WC, bath and power shower.
There is a landline phone in Bedroom 1 (with free outgoing calls) and a zoned fire alarm and emergency lighting system.
Guests are welcome to use the guest lounge in the B&B accommodation.
Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.
