Rates
Prices ranging from £35 per person per night to £65 per person per night.
As from 01/04/2008 a single supplement charge may be applied.
Children under 10 sharing with 2 parents are charged at £10 per child, under 2’s in their own cot free.
Broadband access is available in all rooms at a small additional cost.
Pets. We also accept well-behaved dogs in one of the rooms and to cover additional cleaning we charge £5 per dog per night.

Additional Information
Deposit/cancellations: £25 per room per night, paid by credit/debit card via phone, or cheque. The deposit is non refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival (unless we are able to re-let the room, therefore there will be a £5 administration charge).
Payment: We accept most major credit cards or cheque or cash.
Special Dietary Requirements: Please advise us at the time of booking if you have any specific dietary needs or food allergies.
Arrival/departure: Check-in is from 16.00 hours, departure from the rooms 10.30am. Please advise us at time of your booking your estimated time of arrival so we can plan accordingly to welcome you to Higher Farm.
Opening times: We are open all year round including Christmas and New Year.
Smoking: We operate a non-smoking policy throughout our accommodation. Smoking is only permitted in external designated garden areas. Please respect our non-smoking guests.
LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
(We rely upon The Hotel Proprietors Act 1956 and would refer you to the same.)
We do not accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, any cash, money, jewellery or other articles. If there’s negligence on the B&B’s behalf which gives rise to loss or damage to property belonging to a guest the B&B’s limit of liability will be limited to £50 for any single item and subject to a total of £100 for any one guest. We do not accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, motor cars or any other vehicles, or any property lost in them; or horses or other live animals including pets.
