Peckforton Castle is a very popular wedding venue these days, but it began life as a rich man’s foible – it was built in the 19th century to look like a medieval castle. If you’re coming to a wedding at Peckforton Castle, Higher Farm B&B makes an excellent place to stay – it’s only 7 miles / 15 minutes away down traffic-free roads. We can organise a taxi with a reliable local firm - just let us know in advance.
